Amlan-da,
Either you should agree that tribals of North East region have been eating dogs and other such animals till very recently (if not contuing to do so now) or deny it. Anyways I do not any reason for you to take any affront for the matter in either case.
When Chinese can eat dogs and frogs legs openly I see no shame i it at all.
I am openly saying that some HINDU Tantriks have been eating dead man's flesh - over the ages -to prove that man is also made of flesh and bone--I think if you were a Hindu - u might have some grouse about highlighting that - but obviously that doesn't hurt your sentiments.
So I fail to see your point -where does it hurt you?.

It is not a matter of hurting feelings neither is it only on this cow
issue. It is manifest in the very way you frame your
questions/statements what you approve of and what you do not. This is
apparent on pretty much all topics that have anything remotely to do
with Hinduism.
If you think that in the paragraph below you treated the segment of the
population that you considered as "tribals" in the same manner as the
rest of the population, then either your articulation is very poor or I
read too much into it. I am fairly sure that it is not the latter, but
I may be wrong.
Besides, how are you so sure that I am not a tribal? I find it really
funny when certain Indians like to talk about what tribes or caste they
belong to. I have no idea what is mine and I have no wish to know or
find out.
