Hey Marc,

It doesn't matter how big your account is with them, let it be $1,000/month or 
a $1,000,000/month account, we all pay the $250.00 each time we request a 
change on our service. And god knows how hard I tried to reduce this charge, 
but I was never able to avoid it. I don't believe I ever got charged from my 
previous provider which is now our new company owner.

I wish I could charge that much for account changes with my customers ;)!
