My wife actually won a medal for perseverance and got a refund of $250 from Bell for incorrectly charging for a "special" number when the company she worked for had their exchange changed. This went back 5 years. Her strategy involves a lot of shouting, asking for the next highest manager and interrupting them in the middle of whatever meeting they are "always" in. Mixed with the threat of calling the CRTC and a legal "option" it took only 3 months to get this resolve. The cheque was never cashed, but framed and pinned up on the office wall for all to see. PS. she changed the provider after she recieved the cheque and saved $120 a month. No wonder I'm in love!
