With this new info I tried:
in regd_common.h this:
Changing {ETSI1_WORLD, CTL_ETSI, CTL_ETSI}, Into >> {ETSI1_WORLD,
CTL_FCC, CTL_FCC}
Because ETSI1_WORLD = 0x37
"make unload, modprobe...etc; restart"
I get the exact iwconfig output and exact "iw reg get".
Please tell me what else can I try to change in the source to get the
correct settings.

I don't mind hard-coding a solution into this, Let's hope all senao
users can use the 600mW, also on Linux.
