Victor, The currently committed pt_BR.po for the web site is almost complete against http://audacity.sourceforge.net/locale/audacity_website.pot . The pt_BR.po you attached is only about half complete against http://audacity.sourceforge.net/locale/audacity_website.pot . So if I was to commit your file then strings no longer translated in your version would revert to English on the site.
