I found a wrong translation in AUDACITY-MENÜ-EFFEKT-TONHÖHE ÄNDERN
There is an english "from ... *to*... Hz" which is translated as "von
... *bis* ... Hz":

... but in this context it must be translated to...
"von ... *auf*... Hz"
or better:
"ändern von ... *auf*... Hz"
The given "von...bis" is a sometimes possible translation for
"from...to", but in this context it changes the sense of the sentence.
This german "from..bis" means something like "from... until...", but the
meaning should be more like a "from... towards...". In this cases
Germans use "von...auf..."
example:
/"I change the frequency from 440 to 450Hz"//
//"Ich ändere die Frequenz von 440 auf 450Hz"//
