There may be problems to fix for strings that are not duplicated, too. It may be that there are still single-occurrence words that are presented to you in the .po file editor in isolation without a comment hint.
Please tell me about any other examples that you think need comments. The example of wrong use of "bis" might be because a comment was lacking, not because of duplication. That example was "&to" (with a special & to mark the hot key) distinct from "to" and did not have the same comment hint.
