By "normal" I believe he's only referring to the ability to access the
Touch via ssh (PuTTY, WinSCP, etc).  In other words, the reboot
(undoing tt-k) allows that particular daemon/process to be active
again, thus allowing the ssh connection.  I don't believe the reboot
undoes anything else.
