Absolutely wrong. For example, try to tell a traffic court judge that you were not speeding when there is a photograph of you driving a car and the speed of the car as measured on the spot is printed on the photograph. Checkmate, and make the check out to the traffic court! The fact that a large proportion of modern audio DACs are sonically indistinguishable by any human is a scientific fact.
