Hi, Tom.

When you say it doesn't look good - are you referring to the error_log entry? It's
exactly the same as yours but with the suEXEC enabled message which doesn't seem to me
to be an error. If you mean the behaviour in general (i.e. I'm getting served
straight XML files with no translation), I know - it's very frustrating! I've spent
the last week compiling everything from scratch to get this far and apache is just
behaving as normal! I'm as certain as I can be that it's the right httpd.conf file
I'm editing - it's in the directory where I installed apache -
/usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf. If using the RPM version of Apache (which is
installed somewhere else) I know you have to set a variable to stop SUSE overwriting
any manual changes but I set that variable before I deleted the RPM version and
installed the new one in a different location so I can't see SUSE messing anything up
without stretching my imagination.

There doesn't seem to be anything new here that I haven't already tried. My problem
seems to be that apache is just ignoring everything axkit related, and I have no idea
why!

Hmm .. I will continue to read the docs methinks ....

Peter.
