This has happened to me a couple of times and I am not sure how to correct it. My niece sent me an attachment to her email. I am using Windows XP on my main computer. On my laptop I am using Windows 7. It opens in Windows 7 OK but in XP it is just a bunch of small boxes. What do I have to do to get it to open in XP? I tried different encoding but can't seem to find a right one or will I be able to open it in XP? Any and all help appreciated. Remember you are talking to a computer semi-illiterate person here aka an proud senior citizen :-)
