Hi Elaine, My computer died (had Vista and many files were in Windows 97, including my Word docs.). New Computer has Windows 7 and Word 10. What a huge learning curve it has been for me. I have even taken a class trying to work with and learn Word 10. Everything is there and a whole lot more; however, things are "hidden" behind symbols. I have been so frustrated just trying to highlight something if I am not in the "home" section; or trying to make a different default for my margins, for examples. The class has helped a whole lot and I have learned many things I did not know, even though I have been using my computer for many years. The main advantage I have found with the upgrade is that I can open most attachments. Hang in there, you CAN learn it. I have to keep telling myself that. Celeste, Hayward, CA

I did have my husband install my printer to my mini and I was able to print it out from there. But I still want to figure out how to do this on my laptop. I am thinking of updating my laptop to from XP to Windows 7 and Microsoft 10, has anyone done this? I think I can do this online. If so, any problems doing this? Thank you. “E” -- To unsubscribe from this group, send email to [email protected]. Follow the confirmation directions when they arrive.
