Hi Matthew and All,

Well, grin, you could have just said you're welcome, and that the HW staff
are glad to help customers when they're able to do so. However, seeing as
you didn't and chose to discuss the list policy instead, I figured why not
jump in hear and comment. I didn't want to say too much right after
Jonathan left, figuring that HW needed time to adjust, but that has been
months ago now.

Surely, you've got to admit that there has been a change in the list policy
in the last several months in regards to how HW interacts with the
users/prospective customers on the list. And, if you question that, all you
would have to do is go to the list archives over the past couple of years
and take a look.

Now, HW may certainly do what they please in regards to this list; however,
for at least some of us who have been around and on the list for a few
years, we
can't help but notice the change and wonder why. And, well, just left to
our own devices to speculate, I'm thinking that sure can't be a very good
approach. But, oh, well.

Subject: RE: [Braillenote] thank You Humanware

Hello JD,

A number of HumanWare staff do attempt to read the posts to the
BrailleNote list, but as I'm sure everyone can understand, we are not
able to read or respond to every message, even those that may be
directed to HumanWare staff.

The list continues to be provided as a resource for customers to
interact with one another and to exchange ideas and support one another.
Anyone wishing to communicate directly with someone at HumanWare should
always use one of the more direct channels offered at the following
page:
http://www.humanware.com/en-usa/contact

We appreciate all of the suggestions and feedback that is shared on the
list, as well as the many generous individuals who give freely of their
time and expertise assisting other list members.

Regards,
