It does indeed require a tech. I just got off the phone with Humanware support and was told that this was a known issue with MPowers running any Keysoft build below 7.5. KS 7.5 was supposed to resolve that issue. The odds of tripping the infinite boot detector are pretty slim with KS 7.5, but I still wouldn't hit the reset button several times in rapid succession as it's definitely not good for the processor.
Since Rusty indicates that he's had the unit plugged in for several days, odds are that it does need to go into the shop. However, give that AC adaptor the good old tongue test and make sure that it's seeing current. If not, then the battery's flat and definitely needs a charge. Try a different AC plug that's known to work, wait a few minutes and try bringing the BN up again.
