Ah, that's nice. They're charging for an upgrade which fixes a known
problem? HMM.

Actually, I'm not convinced that it is a bug exactly. I'd like it to
be because then I could argue the point, but I just got off the phone
with support and it might not be a bug in KS so much as an issue with
rebooting any device while it's already doing something.
