what is the infinite boot detector?

When you did the resets, did you wait after doing each reset for
your Mpower to say and display: "Main Menu?"
Because if you didn't you may have tripped the Infinite Boot
detector. If you have tripped it, your unit needs to be sent to
Humanware for resetting. Not sure how they do this but
understand it requires a tech.
