Hello Marsha,
Bookshare made a few changes to their books. Therefore, the Apex
cannot unpack them. But here's a solution:
1. Download and unpack your books on a computer, such as a PC.
2. When the books are unpacked, move them from the computer on
to a memory card or disk. Make sure that the disk in which you
save your books can be inserted into the Apex.
3. Insert the disk into the Apex.
4. Find the book or books you downloaded and move them to the
desired drive and folder by pressing Backspace with M. In your
case, you downloaded more than one book. Press with M on each
book before you press Backspace with M. This will select all
books and move them all at the same time.
I hope this helps. I had the same problem and I solved it by
using these steps.
