To me your fermentation time looks awfully short, only 3 days. I might
guess that the fermentation is not quite done yet, and that it will
continue in the bottles, producing more CO2 under ever increasing
pressure... I would keep a good eye on those bottles, and check one
every few days for the next couple of weeks. If they start gushing out
of the bottle, you can carefully leak out some of the worst pressure...
