You don't have to add yeast - the yeast cells you added in the beginning
have multiplied to such great numbers, that one more packet of the dry
stuff won't make much of a difference. Perhaps moving it over to the
secondary was enough to kick into gear again, or maybe it just needs
some more time. Just wait and see!

Oh yes. It may take a while, but the taste will get a bit less
pronounced, and much mellower and more pleasant over time.
Just give it more time, and
