Let me explaining why you have to *no passive*the tunnel interface and put
it in *Area 0*. The tunnel interface is the interface that makes it
possible for you to redistribute directly into area 0 since you cannot
redistribute into area 78 stub area. This is  the Lab design.

 When you correct these two error  in your config, you should see the
redistributed routes from R1.
