Hi,

It seems to be that people is not reading properly or my English is not good
enough. Arya, the procedure you are telling me I already did it, as you can
read on my problem description, it says: I broke out the boot process to delete
the config.txt because sometimes the speed console changes when you do an
upgrade or whatever via the console, but this time, NOT even in switch: mode is
letting me hit enter.

Hi,

You can change switch BAUD rate by using below procedure.

1. Power off the switch
2. Press the system button and power on the switch and keep system button
hold for 30 sec

type
flash_init
load_helper
delete configuration file

reset the switch

change baud rate on switch as per below procedure

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/routers/ps259/products_tech_note09186a008015bfac.shtml#download_2620

This will allow you to change buad rate to 9600 so you can see logs on
hyper term session.

Thanks,
