Hi Arya, No, I haven't done that, I have running windows 8 on my laptop and PC, I was searching in the internet something similar, I guess the best way to test it out is to create a VM and execute it from there. I did enable and disable XON and XOFF still nothing.I will let you know the result after the VM is created and if it works.Thanks a lot for your help. Wilberth

You should try flow control on/off. Have you tried windows hyperterm application apart from putty and securecrt.?
