Nope, it's not fair, but life isn't fair! And I'm not saying if there's one black CEO then there's no problem. I'm saying that if a minority can easily get into a top university, and they can, and can easily get a top position at a top firm, and they can, then there's not much of a problem. The people I've talked about are the end result of what I'm saying - read their bios. They all worked their a55es off and made huge sacrifices to get to where they are.
