20. Any chance of them putting the kitchen sink on the outside wall so you have a window to look out when doing dishes? You'll prefer this to looking at a wall. If they put in a built-in microwave - get them to vent the microwave outside instead of inside. Same with the stove-top vent. Why people vent them in is beyond me. Run the vents outside. It is dead easy for them to do this.
Wanted to speak to this. It's on the inside wall no chance for chaning that BUT!!!! there is not wall right there. Its acutally open (about 4 by 5 opening) and that opening points straighht to the front room's window which will be pointing straight to the park, we got a great location.
