I didn't say it was. One of those words is one of my favorite things, and I would never use it in a disparaging way. Wouldn't want to anger it, or make it mad at me. It's hard enough to find as it is.
All three together would be a fine thing, though, wouldn't it? But as I said, most of the vocal pacifists I talk to and read about these days (who speak good English in full sentences without profanity) are from the UK. If he had couched it amongst a lot of hee-hawing and pc terms, I might have guessed US. A little less forceful and more polite, maybe Canadian.
