Good luck, Adam.

For me, I've found that not trying to eliminate any one thing, but
eating everything in moderation has been the key. Well, that and a
bucket load of exercise. I met a woman last weekend that lost 150
pounds and was doing her first triathlon. She looked and felt great.
Why don't you set some exercise goals (and throw down the bucks to
sign up for an event) - walk your first 5k, run your first 5k, walk a
half-marathon, do a triathlon - that sort of thing. It'll give you a
reason to get out there and exercise.
