I read the transcripts when someone posted the link here. It sounded to me
like he was just antsy to use his gun. Self-defence is supposed to be when
you personally are in danger, not when your neighbor had a burglar. If we
were talkng about some tiny toon where the nearest law was an hour away even
-- they do have those in texas -- but this was a Houston suburb with the
police already on the way. I think it's disproportionate force.
