i have a VERY good friend who was being
robbed (doesnt matter what was going on)
the intruder was in his house, he shot him in the
back, as he was runing out the door.

terry, got nothing.
so, im not sure what other extenuating circumstances
there were, but i know for a fact my boy terry got NOTHING.
