Do you really want a 70 year old neighbor with an itchy trigger deciding who is and who is not burglarizing your property, and having absolutely no jeopardy when he shoots the pool guy or the grocery delivery guy.
Because remember, it is not that there is actual danger, it is just if the neighbor FEELS like there is danger. And since our entire legal system is predicated on precedence, this case will determine future cases..
