Oh bah! He's an adult. 19. Face the consequences. For heaven's sake, he's
old enough to shoot for his country, he's old enough to vote and he's old
enough to know right from wrong.

Had he been pulled over for ANYTHING during the time the alcohol was in the
car, it would of been public in every way, even if it really did belong to
his friend. Course perhaps that state has a different open container law,
but you catch my drift.

Public? That was nothing. It was a car. It got sold. Not a picture of his
naked a$$ getting caught in public or any other feat even more embarrassing.

SHE bought the car for him, HE desecrated that priviledge, a priviledge
many kids his age would of given a left arm for, by violating two very clear
rules.

Feel sorry for him? Give me a break. Like Ray says, many kids are too soft
these days and not taught the value of anything. I see it first hand, right
in front of me, from friends' kids. They run all over their parents, often
calling them names, expecting to be taken care of, paid for until they are
in their mid twenties. Not even expected to get a job. Bah. Just bah.

But yeah, matter of opinion all right. Always is.
