Gel, I swim in the big pool with the adults, you should try it sometime. Would anyone care to supply a link for evidence of warrant-less wiretapping where both parties involved in a conversation were in the United States? Otherwise you are just being blowhards.
There is plenty of information on Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NSA_warrantless_surveillance_controversy and I haven't read the whole thing (who has time for all this stuff?) but a quick scan does not reveal any specific evidence of two parties in the US being spied on without a warrant. Are we talking about wiretapping or something else, like data-mining? The data mining stuff is problematic, but I am willing to forgive an overreaction by the government in the wake of 9/11. I'll give AT & T, etc a pass on that, as long as the operation gets judicial and Congressional review and oversight.
