I need to do that because I work in health care for a living and am intimately aware of fee schedules, pay, and ... proclivities. And you're right - primary care physicians don't get paid gobs of money. My point is that doctor pay is going to have to come down - not PCP pay necessarily - but specialist pay. And labs. And pharma. And they're not going to be happy about that. This is why you need to go to Washington and take a look around. You'd be surprised at who's lobbying for the status quo. So here's all the research I need: Who's in Washington and what are they asking for and how much are they spending to get it? Hint: It's doctors.
