I'm sorry, but it's just not. If you're a company, you have a right to represent that brand any way you like. Sales people, advertising actors and models, spokespeople, et al are all part of the brand. If it's backoffice, then you're right. If it's externally facing then it's branding. And the reason is because you can view their branding and market segmentation and decide you don't want to buy their products.
