Indeed you can, but that's not relevant from the standpoint of that new site's ability to pass link credibility back to the main website where SEO is concerned. If you're going to drive all that traffic and links, why not drive it to the blog at company.com/blog so the rest of company.com can benefit immediately rather than waiting months to pass some of that credibility from links at companyblog.com? As I said before though, it depends on your goals. If you want the blog to stand on its own then put it on its own domain. If the goal is to promote company.com and drive traffic there, it makes all the sense in the world to just integrate it into the main site directly. -Justin Scott ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology-Michael-Dinowitz/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:322544 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
