It's anecdotal of course, but that's my experience. I started to say particularly the medical professionals, but that's probably not true -- they are just the ones I've started the conversation with. I imagine other people think it but refrain from comment, rightly considering it not their business. But the doctors always assume the numbers will be bad, which may often be the case, but is not in mine. One size does not fit all. A list of foods to avoid is not helpful, especially when it varies from doctor to doctor.
