Thankfully the supreme court doesn't agree with you. Let's be honest, so called assault weapons also aren't good for crime, and the stats show that it's already ILLEGAL handguns that are used in the vast majority of crimes. I think we should be able to own any conventional weapon, and the opinions since the 1930s agree. Now if we could just get a class III case in front of the court.....
