A middle school near me started segregating girls from boys and we found out it was because the were having sex under the table during lunch. All the kids would gather round the table so the teachers couldn't see what was happening. These were sixth graders. They're in therapy now and I'm not sure how much damage that's going to cause them. But this to me is the sign of a decline.
