Oh well better safe and in jail until its proven if there was evidence to
think you were a criminal in the first place. Is he sueing?? If they were so
wrong why doesn't he have his clearance back??

I mean if it was me i would be pissed i was in jail but i would understand
they can't let me roam free with national security interests like that.

He can sue to get his stuff back if it was that unjust. I read on both sides
of the story.

He was still lookign rather unsavory maybe he realizes he got off easy and
not to push his luck
