I used to be very, very skinny and I always wanted to put on weight. I
weighed about 130 going into college. Then after college things changed and
I started putting on weight. Now I weigh more than is healthy and I'm
actively, and successfully, working to get back down.

My advice is unless you're at an unhealthy weight, be happy with yourself
and don't try so hard to be something you're not. To find out if you're at a
