  Well, it is in there sort of.
  You have to create a site to be able to do this.  Based on my (limited) 
understanding, a site in DWMX is akin to a Project in CF Studio.

  In CF Studio, I don't need to create a project to use FTP or RDS.
  In Dreamweaver, why do I have to create a site do use FTP / RDS?
