  In ColdFusion studio, I am able to open up a file via FTP / RDS without 
(manually) downloading the file.  If the download is done in the 
background, I am oblivious to it.  This ability does not add any additional 
files or directories to my 'site'.

  It seems like a reasonable request.  Is it really something that needs to 
be explained?

  ( Whereas you can say "You're the one who wants the feature, tells us 
why" )
