I like this, but it can be simplified even more: only "Delete" exists as a menu (with the Del key shortcut) and it does exactly the same thing as now: destroys the item, no questions or warnings. "Remove" could be done completely differently: just edit the "tag" at the bottom of the detail view. It could be a one-click operation if the tag got an "X" button on mouse hover.
