My mother's chi had seizures , The vet told her that Tia had swelling of the brain. Tia took medicine and lived to be 17 1/2. I send my best to you and Keeper. He hasn't had any more seizures yet today, and I am praying that this was just an isolated incident and he does not have a liver shunt. Poor thing is just exhausted. He is also acting like he is having trouble swallowing a little. the vet did say he noticed a narrowing of the trachea, but he never had any trouble with it before...I am wondering if it could be swollen from the vomiting and the seizure? Please say a prayer for my little guy. I hope everything goes ok...it has been a tough day. > > > > "Whether or not it is clear to you, the world is unfolding as it should." > -Desiderata > > Christy Sylvest > cann...@... > > > > > > > > To: [email protected] > From: zzmaryj...@... > Date: Tue, 30 Nov 2010 10:13:18 -0800 > Subject: Re: [Chihuahuas] Seizures > > > > > > > > > > oh dear, I'm sorry.
