My mother didn't remember the name. It was some type of phenobarbital.  My
mother swears Tia got the seizures from the flea medicine she was using. It was
the type you put on their backs. I hope this helps.

Ellen, Soo sorry to hear about little Keeper, It is so hard and stressful for
the two of you. My mother's chi had seizures ,  The vet told her that Tia had
swelling of the brain.  Tia took medicine and lived to be 17 1/2.  I send my
best to you and Keeper.  Valerie

yet today, and I am praying that this was just an isolated incident and he
does not have a liver shunt. Poor thing is just exhausted. He is also acting
like he is having trouble swallowing a little. the vet did say he noticed a
narrowing of the trachea, but he never had any trouble with it before...I am
wondering if it could be swollen from the vomiting and the seizure? Please say
a prayer for my little guy. I hope everything goes ok...it has been a tough day.
