What IP addresse are you using? What is acting as the TFTP server? Are you
sure it's running??

Well, the fact that you can type and the router is responsive proves that
HyperTerminal is working OK.

Is there that much space available on the hard drive on the TFTP server?

Does the router have access to a DNS server to resolve GREG to an IP
address. If not, try an IP address.

Where are they in your topology? Would they really affect your lab network?
