If the contrib authors don't care they don't care. That has nothing to do w/
1.3. Clojure/core has already stated that any and all contrib libraries can
be moved forward into the new system. Complain to the contrib library author
if they haven't done so.

As far as the overall Clojure library situation - the number of good
libraries outside of Contrib is quite large and much of high quality.
