Agreed, @SEZ9 — thanks for tracking the checkpoint-failure question through
to a clean resolution. Reproducing the same fault-injection timing race on the
parent `1650a04cd` was the piece needed to rule it out as routing-related, and
splitting it into its own targeted fix (#12449, with 3/3 passes on both Java 8
and Java 11) rather than folding it into the routing PR is the right call.

Nothing new on this branch: head is still `48264cda6a`, unchanged since
2026-09-13, so my two original findings here (the `SupportSinkDataPartition`
check firing on the `MultiTableSink` wrapper rather than the real per-table
sink, and the partitioner crashing on `BroadcastSchemaSinkOperator`'s
zero-field schema-control rows) remain open as historical context rather than
active blockers, since this branch isn't being maintained forward. I'll
continue following the routing fix on #12366 and the checkpoint test fix on
#12449 rather than reviewing further here.
