For what it's worth, MyEclipseIDE isn't using the "Eclipse" brand with permission from eclipse.org. I wouldn't want to condone that behavior by linking to them from apache.org, though nor do I have the energy to try to resolve that issue (for the same reason we don't link to, but haven't resolved, apache.com).
