Yep. But MyFaces is an implementation of JSF, rather than a site created using JSF. As far as I know, MyEclipse is really a tool aimed at our customers who are using our products, rather than something we could use to create our products.
Felipe did have a point that we have to create demo's etc, but that's a pretty small part of things.
