When did Apple introduce the iPod Touch that you are comparing the as yet unreleased Zune HD to?
Reviewers are already commenting that "HD" is false advertising. To display HD it requires a dock (sold separately) and an HD TV (also sold separately). So typically M$ to launch a new product with a lie.
